Columbia Corporate Park 100
Linden Associates, Inc. was selected in a competitive bid process by the University of Maryland to develop a former research horse farm based on a site plan that responded to county desires for a high density office environment with appropriate amenities. The original plan featured mid-rise office buildings in a Main Street orientation with first floor retail and one level of underground parking for office use. The project was developed by Merritt Properties in a partnership with Linden Associates and was modified to a more traditional mixed use suburban office park.
